In 2025, Wine Cellar Popovi reached an important milestone, with three of its wines each awarded 92 points at prestigious competitions:

• Dark Horse Vranec Barrique 2022 – 92 pts, Decanter World Wine Awards (DWWA)
  A rich and concentrated red, opening with blackberry, plum, and cassis, layered with vanilla, cocoa, and sweet spice from oak aging. The palate is full-bodied, with firm yet polished tannins, balanced acidity, and a long, warm finish. A wine of structure and modern style.
  
  
  
• Dark Horse Vranec Organic 2021 – 92 pts, Mundus Vini
  Crafted from organically grown grapes, this wine highlights the authentic side of Vranec. Aromas of ripe black cherries, a touch of garrigue, and spicy notes lead to a palate that is bold yet fresh, with lively acidity supporting its dark fruit core. • My Story 2022 (Vranec, Cab. & Merlot) – 92 pts, Balkans International Wine Competition 
  A Bordeaux-inspired blend with a Macedonian soul. The nose reveals blackcurrant, blueberry, and red plum, framed by hints of cedar, graphite, and tobacco. On the palate it is layered and complex, with supple tannins and refined balance, finishing long with a touch of spice. A wine that beautifully intertwines power and elegance.
