The motto of the third Slow Food Salon, which will be held on November 9, 2024, at the Limak Hotel, Skopje

At this very intensive one-day event organized by Slow Food Macedonia, in just 8 hours, the following will be offered:

• Exhibition and large food market from small producers
• Salon of family wineries, distilleries and craft breweries
• Conferences dedicated to small producers and Slow Food education
• Seminar on the new initiatives of Slow Food
• Master classes and workshops for taste
• Children's education corner

The event brings together the entire Slow Food network: producers, activists, youth, experts, volunteers, educators, etc.
So, come earlier if you want to meet as many local producers as possible, taste their products, and learn more about the Slow Food movement.  ​The event starts on Saturday at 12:00, until 20:00.
